make h bracket for fixing pad L bracket nonsense #56

At this point I'd rather just get the panels retapped What do you mean by h bracket

i got an email but maybe you deleted the comment? unsure

okay not an h bracket but picture a hashtag made to the pad dimensions. i think it'd be the cleanest fix to the "pads falling apart issue" - we drop in a wooden/metal piece that holds L brackets in place.
