6.1 - Training Admin adds course (loads SCORM package -assigns name, id, metadata)

Manually adding a course via the URL isn't working. I uploaded my course then I tried to add the Emtala course path: /LMS/Courses/emtala_case4_scorm/index.htm then, I clicked Save, and it did not save any of my options (delivery type, delivery title, description, etc). I tried from this Delivery pop up: (see attached)

I noticed this myself, and it only works when you add the course URL in a delivery.
