Description

user create account page is needed so they can sign up and eventually login to use service

User Story

As a user, I want to be able to sign up and create a account for using the messaging services and make sure my data is secure

Definition of done

When user opens the create account page and enters details and get a notification email to verify access to account

No, not yet but issue has been raised for this feature #3 and draft PR is set up #7
