Dark Mode #69

Any chance Dark Mode could be added as an option for those of us of whom has a problem with bright light. A good example clicker game that does this is the Kittens Game. Thank you.

Dark mode has been implemented in the main branch. https://deathraygames.github.io/civ-clicker/ It can be toggled in the Settings.
