"Quests/Mini games" Wearables Not Delivered #2688

Description:

"Word Search T-Shirt" wearable from the "Mini-Games Rewards" collection has been showing the status "queue to send" since yesterday evening. Despite this, the wearable has not been delivered yet.

-claim "Word Search T-Shirt" via mini-games

Above are example wallets from other community members who have still not received the rewards from the Quest/Mini games, some have been on "queued to send" for few days now.

Looking at the gas fee for the past days, it should not be because of high gas fees.

Same thing happened to me 0n 6/11.

BE confirmed that delays are caused by gas prices being too high at specific moments and that it will retry sending them, but there was also an issue with the rewards campaign being old and some misconfigurations there and also some changes were made in the middle of the run (some rewards were removed, others added). So this might be users that got caught in the middle of that process... We have had no new reports of these issues and could not be reproduced so I will close it for now.
