Separate docker image build for feature branch deployment. Work in progress.

Stateless (no migrations nor seeds) experimental feature branch image built with the WIP dockerfile published here: https://github.com/users/oliverbarnes/packages/container/decidim-feature-branch/501822

Closing this PR as Decidim Product already has a feature branch deployment flow that's working, and dockerizing it isn't a high priority. For anybody viewing this PR in the future and interested on a dockerized flow, Codegram has one using docker and deploying to Heroku.
