Elizabeth Haberer Lamson
Elizabeth has a ravenous appetite for all things yoga. Born in Brazil and raised in Mexico City, Elizabeth infuses her teaching with her passion for adventure and for expansion of physical and spiritual horizons. She has enjoyed the fortune of studying with gifted Forrest Yoga teachers and traveled to India in 2012 to further her experience of the more subtle devotional shades of yoga. Her classes can be simultaneously playful and intense, as she seeks to empower students by compassionately challenging them to new heights of introspection, self compassion and connection. Off the mat, Elizabeth is a licensed psychotherapist who integrates yogic principles into her work.
