Build site frame #12

The site needs to be build in a manner which allows us to animate divs, which will best represent the mobile experience. Please refer to https://github.com/deco3500/hivemind/wiki/Mockups for guidance.

(Mel's already well on the way with this, but more documentation can't hurt.)

I made a few slight changes. I've just pointed the html to the unminified css file so we can read it reasonably easy.

Site frame presents structure and layout for prototype, however has shown to provided limited expression of intended user interaction and limits the presentation of baseline functionality which are essential in the mobility and improve user interaction. Therefore to present a prototype which encompasses the essential aspects of the application, the mode of presentation will be switched to a move suitable device. - Marvel app
