Model with directional light like a car headlight. CBA eh to turn on/off on NVG state. attachTo head? Doesn't need to be createVehicleLocal as I can animate without broadcasting over network. createVehicle and then globally keep array of all lights that way other people can see my light. Problem is the dynamic light limit
