User blocks when upgrading a hut(the facility reaches maximum level before the action text says that upgrade a Hut)

Pre-Requisite : Make sure that the 2-Huts, 1-Well, 1-Farm, 1-School are
constructed and upgradation count of hut reaches to maximum level(3).
Steps to reproduce the problem
1.Observe the screen
2.Action text displays to upgrade the hut 
3.Try to upgrade the Hut 

What is the expected output? 

What do you see instead?
     Application displays error message when upgradation reaches to maximum
level count

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
      Version : Rev 145
      OS      : Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
      User blocks at this stage (the only option is to exit)
