Apllication displays incorrect 'Current objective' and time is not intialized when we Re-Start the game after completed once #116

Pre -Requisite : Make sure that the game is completed once
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on Start new Game button
2. Observe the screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
   Should display "Current objective of the Mission and Time Elapsed is 
not intialized to zero.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
   Click on 'Current Objective' button : It display Rebuild the village 
and bring the progress levels to 40% and Time Elapsed is also not 
initialized

Please provide any additional information below.
   Version : Revision 173
   OS      : Windows Xp
