Able to Sell any number of tools irrespectively mentioned in the chat. #51

Description:  In Conversation chart, it is mentioned to Sell 20 units of
Tools. But application allows to Sell any number of Tools.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Conversation continues.
2.Instructs to sell 20 units of Tools.
3.Select Tools and any Quantity in the Buy/Sell Resources window and click
on Sell button.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected Output:       
Application  should not allow to sell only 20 units of tools.
Actual Output:           
Able to sell any number of Tools.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version: Beta       
Operating System: Windows xp
Module:  Mission 3
