After installing the YouTube ad filtering Certificate on my iPhone, it didn't work, i kept getting ads

I should be able to watch videos on YouTube without getting any ads.
Actual output:
I'm getting tons of ads while watching videos, it worked for a few days, but after a few days. It's like the Ads Filter stopped working.
I didn't do anything different, changing any settings nor anything.
What did I try?
I tried to delete the Certificate Profile from the Settings, by reversing the Step-by-step guide. And redo the installation once again.
But without any luck, I still didn't work out for me.
I also tried setting up the ad filter on another iPhone, a family member's iPhone, but it didn't work either
