@esgomezm Great talk at ELMI! I recently developed this plugin: https://github.com/tischi/segmentation-annotator#segmentation-annotator Since the output of many DeepImageJ models are segmentations I was wondering whether that could be interesting to you.

splendid! Maybe we can create an example with deepImageJ + Segmentation annotator to process an image with a slightly high density of objects (so there's more to interact with the annotator)?
