Test OSX fix with continuum conda and release a bugfix version #61

This serves as a reminder to me, mostly. I need to test the most recent PR and release a bugfix version. I should then implement that in py2bit and deeptoolsintervals, releasing bugfix versions of those too (granted, no one has run into this there, but for the sake of consistency...).

@gokceneraslan Thanks again, this is now in version 0.3.11. That's in pypi already and will be in bioconda by the end of the day.
