Please encrypt password

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TransmissionRemote
2. look up "pass"
3. password isnt encrypted

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.11 (build 3525)

Please provide any additional information below.
Password can be easily seen on regedit.

I'm trying to make a portable version of this wonderful program but came 
to see the registry entry for pass is unencrypted.

Implemented a password encryption in r376. But this is a false of security: if 
someone grap the TRD source, get the crypt key, and he can decrypt the password.

After commiting the new localconfig system, need a "Do not save password" 
checkbox.
