barebones .gitignore #11

A common set of .gitignore defs would be nice. env and so on.

Personal preferences should go to .config/git/ignore and not clutter the projects .gitignore file. If there are build artifacts that are actually created by a standard biuld of this project, then please name them or issue a pull request. I have not build this project in years. (Because there was no need to. The released version works fine).
