Buttplug.io support #7

This is kind of a big one that I'm not super psyched to get to since I get zero benefit and have no way of testing. But it would be good to add support for more devices than just the handy via buttplug.io.

My Handy broke and so it's a little hard for me to justify spending hundreds of dollars to buy a new one. Without a Handy, I can't really work on funscript.io, which sucks. Nonzero chance I come back to this one day if I do decide to buy a fresh Handy, but I wouldn't hold my breath, I'm afraid.
