This should be a simple markdown file with step-by-step instructions for installing dependencies and running the experiments (including finding probe addresses in your binaries).

Link to it in the appendix of the paper.

Automate as much as possible (I think I have a ruby tool for finding the probe addresses?)

Make sure to mention which version of Ruby the thing works with, updates sometimes break old ruby code.

Dependencies:

Ruby (debian package ruby).
All the ruby gems (levenshtein-ffi, parallel, gnuplot, colorize, graphviz)
C -dev packages and crap.

[x] Dependencies section is mostly done, just need to install the remainder of the gems as root and then note the versions.

Oh, I forgot about the links dependencies. Just make them apt-get install links to pull those in automatically.

[x] Might also need libssl-dev for links to work on HTTPS.
