Settings loss if there are no space at /home #573

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run qmmp.
2. Occupy all the free space at /home.
3. [optional] Free some space.
4. Restart qmmp.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Qmmp with my settings. / Qmmp with default settings.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- Qmmp 0.6.6 at openSUSE 12.2 x64.

There are no such problems with all KDE progs and many different Qt-based apps.
