Plugin list could support right-click to open a context menu.

Plugins are shown in a nice tree like in a file manager (actually like Dolphin) 
and left-click toggles the plugin status. This suggests the items in the list 
supports the mouse, and user expects that these kind of lists also open a 
context menu upon right click.

For some time I failed to notice there were two buttons (Preference / 
Information) because I was expecting these functionalities to be accessible 
through mouse operation, context menu or double click.

I think it would be nice if the right click on the plugin list could open a 
context menu with the two items, Information and Preferences, as it is an 
established and natural way to control this kind of list of elements.
