Incorrect secondary volume indicator

Sometimes when I launch qmmp, I find the lower volume indicator to be showing 
incorrect volume setting, while the top indicator is showing the correct 
setting. See attached screenshot.

While I have witnessed this issue several times now, I'm having trouble 
reproducing this error. It doesn't happen every time I launch qmmp. It's 
possible that this only happens the first time I launch qmmp after system 
reboot. 

qmmp v.0.7.4 running on Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit
