Template Issues #20

I noticed issues with templates. That's not a big deal but i think you can fix that. Some of templates not looks as they should look and gives console errors. I fixed templates, i used new versions of templates in bootstrap's website. I changed file source links from local to global links. I fixed carousel and dashboard templates because i may be use it often. There are issues on other templates too. Some of them is critical. I attached my version of templates.cson file. Also cdn links are alpha link on some templates. You can update them to newer beta links.
