[Large Logout] Logout button gets squished if logout tab is open while teleporting

Can be fixed by opening and closing the world switcher, or toggling the plugin off and on. Reproduction: Open Logout tab Use any teleport that isn't a POH portal nexus (not sure why this doesn't cause it - maybe because there's no animation/stall?) "Did you enjoy playing Old School Runescape today?" text and thumb buttons are unhidden, forcing the logout button to shrink
