Gnosis Safe App #1151

We want Hyperdrive to appear in the list of gnosis safe apps.

There is one follow up task to do and that is to have the Gnosis team whitelist our app. We need to fill out this form. We should be able to do this now since we are audited and live on testnet.

There are the requirements:

Smart contarcts must be audited ✅ Safe App must include a manifest.json ✅ App auto connects to safe ❓ (need to verify) Provide Gnosis with ABIs
