Problème d'envoi de mails à l'installation #87

Bonjour et merci pour la publication de cette application et l'animation de ce git ! J'ai installé DemocracyOS mais je rencontre un problème : pas d'envoi de mails. Faut-il installer un notifier ? si oui, comment ? Ou est-ce un défaut de configuration ? Ces points ne sont pas clairs dans la doc, il y a eu des évolutions récentes... D'avance merci e vos réponses, bonne continuation.

Solved using an external SMTP service, putting mailer to {} and adding properties into nodemailer only. Not specified into documentation. By the way, I had to set up numerous MongoDb versions and the last one working was 3.4. Have a nice day.
