OWP fails to recognized contianers with "large" CTIDs

Steps to reproduce:
1. manually create a container with a CTID with 10 digits (ex 1302201200)
2. connect the server to owp 

Actual result:
only containers with 3 or fewer digits in the CTID appear in the UI

Expected result:
All containers on the system are listed in the UI

Version of the product:
OWP 2.2

Server OS:
CentOS 6

Additional information:
I use CTIDs with the format yymmddhhmm to avoid ctid conflicts down the road if 
we ever need to migrate them from host to host. This is a requirement in the 
current environment, and I cannot re-number my 376 containers currently in 
production.
