impossibility to reinstall or reboot my server after failing my OS reinstallation #509

Steps to reproduce:
1.reinstall the OS using the reinstall button in the web panel toolbox

Actual result: error message when trying to boot, reinstall or access (FTP and 
SSH) to my server

Expected result: OS reinstallation

Version of the product: OpenVZ Web Panel 2.4

Server OS: minecraft-bukkit-1.5.1-R0.2

Browser: firefox

Additional information: This is what I get when trying to reinstall the OS : 
"Erreur interne: Command 'cp /etc/vz/conf/3610.conf 
/etc/vz/conf/ve-tmp.template.conf-sample ' execution failed with code 1
Output: cp: cannot stat `/etc/vz/conf/3610.conf': No such file or directory"
