Add Auto-populate capability for RemoteProviders #1119

Add the capability to auto-populate application in ThreadFix from RemoteProviders. The goal here would be for users who had a significant portion of their applications already configured in a RemoteProvider to easily port an initial version of their portfolio over to ThreadFix to support future work importing and merging other results, vulnerability management, etc.

This would probably work something like: -Remote Provider page would add an "auto populate" (or similarly named) button once that provider was configured -ThreadFix user could click the button, select a Team where the applications will be initially created, and then select specific apps to include (default to all and let folks opt-out of applications they do not want created) -Completing the process, ThreadFix would create new ThreadFix applications for the indicated applications managed by the RemoteProvider, and then import historical data -User could then edit/update ThreadFix applications normally from that point

I second this. We have a good amount of applications in one of the remote providers, and automatically populating in ThreadFix would be excellent.
