Grouping of Mentor Organisation #106

It would be nice if the Summer of Code mentor organisations where grouped
so that is easy to find relevent organisations. For example, if a student
wanted to work on web programming, it would make it easier to figure out
which organisations he should look at. This is specially useful for
students who are not familiar with the projects before finding SoC.

An example of the output which would be good can be seen here,
