Mid-Term Student Survey shows Mentor name as my name? #116

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open
2. gasp
3. goggle

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Student's name instead of Mentor's name

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
eeehhmm... current, linux.

IIRC it was already discussed in the mail list. this is the expected behavior. 
if you
are a mentor the survey should show the name of the student you are evaluating. 
if
you are a student it should shows your mentor's name. please someone correct if 
I am
wrong.
