> What steps will reproduce the problem?
As org administrator perform these steps.
1. Enter "Organization Information" form
2. Fill all field, except for tax-related infomation
3. Save.

> What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When going back to the page, the following fields are not saved:
"Preferred License" and "Desired Number of Projects"

> What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Even if it doesn't apply, Firefox 2.0 on Ubuntu Linux (Edgy)

> Please provide any additional information below.

This is pretty important since we can't tell Google how many slots we'd
like to have.

If this is dependent on the missing tax information fields, we can't fill
them right now, because we don't have that info yet, unfortunately.

Should I just fill in bogus values there to see if it works that way ?

Try filling in bogus values and see if that helps. Please update this issue
with
your findings.

Filling these with values produces the desired result: that is, everything in
the
form is saved.
For me the problem doesn't exist anymore, but seems something that still need
fixing.
Thanks.

I have a fix for this: it is basically adding a note to the page to explain
that you
can enter 'TBD' if you do not know some detail of your org's address.

The fix should go live on the site soon.
