Mentor applications to projects not being saved. #73

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new mentor registration 
2. Check "PostgreSQL" or any other project. 
3. Save your new profile 
4. Log out 
5. Go back to your profile 
6. Project affiliation will *not* be saved. 
7. Check your project again. 
8. Save 
9. Now it will be saved. 

This issue started happening sometime this week; previously mentor 
registration worked fine.

I just tried this and it worked for me the first time.
It may have been a transient problem, especially since it worked for you the 
2nd time.

I'll close this no because I cannot reproduce it.  Feel free to add a comment if
there is any new information.
