Tweaks to the UI:

[x] Limit results to 10 on related_ddr page.
[x] Array of 8 small thumbs (4 rows of 2) on article page. See spec: https://github.com/GeoffFroh/ddr-topicsencycui/blob/master/encyc-Article.html#L452
[x] Check ddr links at mobile sizes too!
