Have any bugs been reported for Structure Harvester results from the online version? I have performed several runs based on STRUCTURE analyses from populations ranging from 2 to 13, and receive the same result of 2 clusters each time.

None that I'm aware of. There's a super great support group at https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups#!forum/structure-software you might try asking them, they usually suss out bugs from just weird data. Best!
