Update dependencies with Poetry 1.8.3 and poetry update
Cross-reference with tech-debt dependency tickets and Dependabot PRs
Did not update the following packages because they have pinned versions in the pyproject.toml file
- ddtrace = "1.18.2"
- marshmallow = "^2.21"
- protobuf = "^4.25"
- SQLAlchemy = "^1.4"
Gunicorn upgraded to 23.0
Ran all tests locally
Remove ignore from Makefile
- # 14 Aug 2024: 71600 found in gunicorn version 22.0.0, will be addressed in regular dependencies update
Update comment in Makefile regarding ignoring jinja2 3.1.4 vulnerability
Update amazon-ecs-deploy-task-definition@v1 to amazon-ecs-deploy-task-definition@v2 to resolve dependabot issue in Github Workflow.
