Request Appointment- Create Community Care Preference Screen - Preferred Language

Description

As a Veteran, I want to provide my preferred language for my Community Care appointment.

As part of this story we want to:

• Create the Preferred Language screen for the Community Care flow for Appointment Request. This screen appears after the provider selection screen and before the date/ time selection screen.

  Acceptance Criteria

  1. - [ ] Verify Cancel is displayed on the top left of the screen 2. - [ ] Verify '?' help icon is displayed on the top right of the screen 3. - [ ] Verify header title reads 'What is your preferred language?' 4. - [ ] Verify sub header text reads: 'Choose your preferred language' 5. - [ ] Verify the the preferred language list options are as follows: (label and values are the same)

• Default: Blank

• English

• Chinese

• French

• German

• Italian

• Korean

• Portuguese

• Russian

• Spanish

• Tagalog (Filipino)

• Vietnamese

• Other

  6. Existing VAPicker component should be used (see screenshots below)
  7. • [ ] Verify action buttons 'Back' and 'Continue' are displayed on the bottom of the screen
  8. • [ ] If user taps "Continue" without selecting a language, they should be presented with a validation error saying "Please choose a language"
