Objective: The RxR mobile app is planning to decommission in 2023. As part of this epic we will track and monitor what work/efforts that will be needed (if applicable) on VA: Health & Benefits app to help support this initiative.

08/2024 VA has announced that RXRefill will be sunset on December 12, 2024. The mobile team has no related work planned at this time but is expecting an increase of traffic to the app.

As of December 2023, VHA's Office of Connected Care will continue to review veterans' usage of RxRefill and VAHB mobile apps to determine transition date and support needed, if any.

Latest update is that VA will be sunsetting the Rx Refill app Dec 12, 2024. Pulling this in for Q3 monitoring and planning.
