[Feature] Add Analytics pass through events to Link

Description of Change

• Implement analytics pass through functions for Link
• Adds onPress, onCancel, and onConfirm events that are passed on to the external link prompt
• Links that don't use the prompt such as Custom and Calendar call the onPress event only
• Remove native calendar code for the time being until we complete #192

Remove native calendar code

Should also remove the RNCalendar.kt and folder in utils for this.

Also dropping a comment to indicate I think we can continue ignoring publishing a Link package as there's still MVP-outstanding tickets like the a11y for inline and adding attachments.
