Rollout & Collect Responses from Baseline Survey

Description

As a UX researcher, I want to send out the survey to the editor audience as describe in my rollout plan and communicated to the PO and VHA DM team, so that I can begin to collect the responses and establish a baseline for editor sentiment.

NOTE: This will likely span multiple sprints.

The CMS Team should distribute the editorial survey on a quarterly basis to all users of the Drupal CMS.

As a CMS Team, we should create a rollout plan and communicate that to our stakeholders. We will also need to determine the logistics of distribution for all of our Drupal editors.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Confirm with PM, PO that you have received approvals from VHA DM team to send.

• [ ] Confirm sending start date and enable PO to discuss with stakeholders including Vet Centers, VHA, VBA, and any other groups in the CMS
• [ ] Begin survey rollout. May need Heldesk support to guide sending email.
• [ ] Monitor responses received back to ensure functionality.
