Facility Locator: Update heading on NCA detail pages #18943

Description

We received a request from NCA to update the "Hours of operation" heading to "Visiting hours" for cemetery detail pages. Is it possible to limit this change to only detail pages for facilities with /find-locations/facility/nca_?

Example: Washington State Veterans Cemetery in Medical Lake

Currently Facility locator detail pages don't differentiate between types of facility.
