@lwalsh617 My initial feedback on the deck you sent via slack:
Can you do a plain language pass on these articles before I do my substantive edit? I read through them and saw these words, and I think you can use more simple language instead: obtain/poses/comply.
For the article about military medical facilities, can you address the question right away with whatever the Veteran should do first--contact VA? Contact the medical facility where they received care? Then it seems like the next thing to try if you aren't successful with the first pathway is to contact the NPRC. Since they are closed b/c of COVID, just include the guidance to contact NPRC next, with a note that they are currently closed and fulfilling emergency requests only. Once we're out of the pandemic, we can delete the note and the rest of the answer will be accurate. We won't want to lift the language directly from the NPRC website, so edit that down to something more succinct and in our voice.

@bethpottsVADEPO -- I revised the copy deck per your feedback. It's attached to the top of this ticket. LMK if you have questions. Thanks!
@bethpotts -- I made some quick updates to this per our recent CTA/links discussions. Latest is at the top of this ticket.
@bethpottsVADEPO - Checking in on records articles. The IRIS faqs have some high page views. If the attached Word doc looks good in terms of moving forward with the templates I've proposed, I can build them in Drupal before you do an in-depth review. Just let me know. Thanks! rs-1.2-records-draft-052421 (2).docx
Beth, I added page views to this copy deck in case it's helpful: rs-1.2-records-draft-102821.docx
Update: This work can be picked up again when there is capacity.
