Migrate Developer Portal Web project to Sentry 10

Issue Description

DVP's Developer Portal lives in Sentry 9 outside of VSP project ownership. We need to reach out to the teams responsible for the sections listed below to ensure they are still needed and the plan to move it to the new Sentry.

• If they want to use Sentry 10 we'll need to migrate their projects
• This could include code changes in their repo, might not be 1:1 w/ vets-api
• Will require configuration of environment setting as well SENTRY_ENVIRONMENT=$environment
• Where $environment is one of 'development', 'staging', 'sandbox', 'production'
• revproxy proxy_pass needs updating for the React-like apps, see here

After merging the required variable changes and updating the developer.va.gov revproxy-dev, we're still not able to see issues come into Sentry.

Reproducing an error should occur by using the browser console on dev-developer.va.gov to run something like unknownObj.method() to throw an exception.

Meeting with @charleystran and @gileswells on 2020-10-28 to debug and find a solution.

Notes

• Developer portal is a React app compiled to static assets served via S3.
• curl from the revproxy instance returns a CSRF error when trying to manually connect to Sentry 10 DSN
• Maybe something to do with the proxy pass header not including the referrer/CSRF token?
• May be easier to use sentry-cli but not allowed on a revproxy instance it seems
