ArgoCD has a workflow feature. We'd like to investigate how it might be useful for deploying applications to EKS.

See if ArgoCD workflows will provide anything beneficial over our existing use of ArgoCD

Not sure if this is still needed. Adding platform-cop-devops for the Platform DevOps Community of Practice to evaluate.
