Description

With bulkhead implementation completed and being thoroughly tested, this is a great opportunity for the following:

How the bulkhead deployments work
"How to" instructions for new modules/services that will be there own deployments
(TBD) Dashboard where they can look at their resources or overall vets-api
(TBD) Future bulkhead needs

Tasks

[ ] Determine where it will live
[ ] Some of the ideas outlined above in the description

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Documentation alive and reviewed
[ ] (Optional) Forward to Tech Team 1 to get input
