Content updates to Covid-19 vaccine pages

Issue Description

CDC has published their recs for Novavax and we need to update our covid vaccine pages to reflect those changes.

Across 3 pages:

• Covid-19 vaccines at VA
• FAQs
• Testing page (added this one on to this ticket, came out of SME email thread)

@chelsealevinson , updates to 2 pages are ready to copyedit and publish:

Covid vaccines page: http://preview-prod.vfs.va.gov/preview?nodeId=11463 Changes were to blue "latest updates" box, "currently available vaccines" accordion, and added a new link teaser for the testing page under "more resources"

Covid FAQ page: http://preview-prod.vfs.va.gov/preview?nodeId=3014 Changes to "Can I get an updated vaccine at VA" single Q&A

We're also making small tweaks to the Covid testing page, but still waiting on SME approval. I'll update tomorrow if we hear back on that one.
