Add Last Updated List to 6 Spaces on Platform Website

Description

Teams using Platform Website need to see a list of recently updated pages when entering any of the 6 spaces: Getting Started, Developer Docs, Research & Design, Analytics & Insights, Collaboration Cycle, Support. Last Updated List is an element available in Confluence, that also renders in Platform Website via Scroll Viewport:

• [x] Create Draft instructions page for process in Confluence
• [ ] Format per PCT feedback
• [ ] Announce new process in Team of Teams w/linked page
• [ ] Demo finished page at End of Sprint Demo

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] First Announcement on Content Slack channel scheduled for Monday following Demo
