As a Governance team member supporting the Collaboration Cycle, I want to define our plan for the Cognitive walkthrough with regards to including Mobile App in Collab Cycle so that my team can document and implement a plan for getting our process, standards and knowledge updated.

Description

In ticket #87330, Governance defined a high level research plan for how we will determine what the Governance Team needs to know in order to include the mobile app in the Collab Cycle. The Research Plan included 2 approaches - a Cognitive Walkthrough and a Diary study.

The purpose of this ticket is define our plan for the Cognitive Walkthrough. What are the specifics of our research approach? How will we go about completing our cognitive walkthrough? The Platform Research - Conversation Guide template may be a helpful resource in completing this ticket.
