Issue Description

QA for https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/va.gov-team/issues/91077

Defects

• [ ] The test rep "Catheryn Baumbach" that has only one organization seems to break the experience. The page content disappears other than the header and footer. Unable to test a representative with a single organization. I can take a look after it's fixed.

• [ ] The paragraph above the bulleted list in the Check Veterans Service Organizations dropdown doesn't have any padding so it looks too close. Compare to a paragraph next to a bulleted list on the introduction page.

This may be fixed by a current PR.

Need to do some research on how to adjust the padding; it's not as straightforward as it seems since we can't add CSS to the inner workings of the component.
