So that I know the content is following the style guide and using best practices.
As a Platform Content team member,
I need to review all support requests about the Platform website,
So that our team can respond to the customer and help troubleshoot issues as needed.
Acceptance Criteria
[ ] All new tickets in the support tickets board will reviewed Monday-Friday for any new requests
[ ] All new incoming tickets are acknowledged to the customer and the Platform Content team will decide on next steps for them.
